OLCHIKI
Some want to make it identity
Some want to identify with santal.
Some even dragged it to religion.

Let us make clear.
Santal speak Santali.
So the point is Santali
The language is old as long as the history of santal.
Now this Santali could be express as many as script you know.
For examples—in Hindi, bangle and bagera bager.

Now let us not get confuse-

This -- AMAK’ NUTUM CET’?
You can write in Hindi script

You can write in oria
So you can write as many as script you know.

OLCHIKI is a script expressing Santali feeling.( you can write other feeling too)
How much accuracy is there I do not know?

The point is I have a shirt my own.
After a week I stitched one more.
Benefit is I am in luxury.
My body remained the same;
 Shirts are used according to my choice and need.

The point is how I am dealing with others
While showing my new shirt.
Others they have their own.
The main factor is body(language)
You can cover with any number of clothes,

But same method could be implying though some places gracefully spread the fruits.

My blood
 Unbelievable
A boy and a girl.
With my first look.
I got them in my heart.
The boy was unexpectedly laying down on the floor, the girl beside sat hopelessly.
As my heart burn
I drew closer to them.
They were starving in the crowd.
Their long face and dim eyes were almost in utter lost.
No water, no food, just like that at the mercy of nature.

They are my blood.
As my father came 1970 in search of work.
Definitely this two also belong to same flock.
I felt more pity of their dress.
It identifies me and me along at the station.

I felt like prodigal father
To embrace both of them and kill the fat goat
And dress them with new sandal and ring to renew their breath once again.

With my broken heart I asked them.

The girl looked at me with lots of hope and expectation.                                        
The boy after glimpse of eye contact squashed like an earthworm.
I recalled Mother Teresa who would serve them better.

After spending half an hour
I thought of leaving them.

What you can do to the child?
v  Child should feel that you love the child, though you’re words and the gestures.
v  Don’t think child will understand, it matter a lot to the child love and affection.
v  While feeding milk sing a song and go around introducing the nature, as if child understands your description- sun, moon, stars, sky- animals- dog, cat, goat, and cow. A plants- tree, flowers, cripples pond, relatives- friends, brothers, sisters and so on.

During toddler and while little speaking:
v  Let the child explore (be careful to protect from fire, pond, road and risky things which can harm the child)
v  Do not scold the child, nicely explain the difficulties and control the child with patience and compassions
v  Do not use the foul words either to scold or express anger in front of child.
v  Do not show your angry face- child should remember you latter as smiling mother, lots of care and love.

Discipline and child:
v  According the age of the child make a rule for the child, to follow every day life.
v  Fixed the time for game, study, remaining at home, doing some work with you.
v  Allow the fellow to spent with his her friends

v  During this period carefully listen to the fellow; it is important to pay attention.

v  Respect the person’s need and demand and friendly confront if the situation with love.
v  Check the person with whom he or she is Fridley with.
v  Increase the time for study morning and evening.
v  Keep the particular time for games, watching TV. All are needed for the over all growth of the child.

v  So the person knows the stand of the parents or the family. Person is aware; what the stand of the family is.
v  Similarly in a simple word inform the fellow regarding/having sex (intercourse) is not good. After the marriage sex is done for pro-creating in the family. If the person is following her/his friends for immoral sex life; the study will get spoiled and live in immoral life. Here also person understand the stand of the family.
v  All the above mentions points are according to the person’s needs and when the situation permits. It will differ person to person and place to place. But the point is growing child should know what is the stand of the parents and the family. Growing fellow should not say, no body informed him or her. These are not absolute but as guide lines to make the child more close to parents and the family.
Social affair:
v  Take the growing person to the market places, shops, cites, let him or her wider world.
v  Don’t resist explaining positive and negative- you as parents encouraging and supporting the fellow to face the world of social living.
v  Regarding, culture, festivals and fair of the locality, including marriage and so on, take the growing child explain right and left with the meaning full life. Do not ignore them, child will be crying for those things.
v  Do not scold the child in front of his/her friends or elder, take the person side and explain the matter.
v  By now child is mature and person need for mature treatment. Person deserves that. Remember the person is not dead lock.

v  Involve the fellow in decision making in the family. Let him/her feel important.
v  Besides study let the person contribute little more in the family.
v  Parents must behave like a friend, that family bond person should feel.
v  Always show hope and guidance, do not discourage the person,

Restriction in marriage between certain clans:

Rice is eaten by the Pigeon who is the prey of the hawk along with the Lizard is also hunted by the owl. Therefore, initially the Chores did not marry any one with Besra and Tudu. These restrictions are not followed any more and marriages take place between all clan members.
